SHIPPING FEE

For orders over $75, we provide free shipping worldwide.

For orders less than $75, we charge a shipping fee of $5.99

But if you want to receive your items faster, we also provide urgent shipping. The price is $18.99.

When it comes to sex toys, we know that privacy is very important to our customers. To help put your mind at ease, we operate a strict discretion policy to make sure all your packages arrive at you without everyone knowing what’s inside.

DISCREET BILLING

Alongside our discreet parcels, We also provide a discreet payment service.

What this means is that your orders will not show up as Chastity on your bank statement, instead displaying the corporate name which is our parent corporate business name.

This means nobody will know what you’ve been buying unless you tell them!

ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update an address after ordering, email us immediately to let us know. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by a customer.

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. We cannot prevent situations where packages are stolen after delivery.

Order Processing Time:

All items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. If your order is currently out of stock, it may be shipped in 3-5 working days. Please note that custom and special-order items require additional handling time upto 2 week as we prepare them for shipment.

Order Delivery Time

It normally takes 6-14 business days for shipping. However, the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas and transport peaks. If this case happens, we hope you can understand because airmail is not guaranteed on delivery speed.
We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force majeure reasons.

Packages Lost in Transit
If a package is lost during shipping, we will replace your order at no charge. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for orders lost in transit.

Packages Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please check around your property, including your mailbox, and ask your neighbors if they may have accepted the package for you. Additionally, please allow up to a week for the package to arrive, as carriers may sometimes scan it as "delivered" early during their delivery route.

MILITARY

We ship lots of packages to foreign and domestic military boxes, such as APO AP, etc.

Delivery with standard mail can sometimes take 2-3 weeks or longer.

*On some rare occasions our store will be out of stock, so we will ship directly from our warehouse. This can take 7-14 working days.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled or changed before shipping out. An order cannot be cancelled when the goods have left the warehouse. Should you wish to cancel an order that has left the warehouse please contact us! We will charge the shipping out fee and shipping back fee from you but we do not charge a re-stocking fee.
