Returns, refunds & exchanges

Due to the products are used for private part, we aren't able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a different size.

However, if you receive your order and discover a problem such as a defect, missing item, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll arrange it out for you!

We are dedicated to resolving such problems promptly and to your satisfaction.

Sizing issues

We encourage all buyers to consider the size carefully before placing an order. Buyer can check this guide for how to measure your size.

Cancellation

1. If contact us within 2 hours after your payment finished, 6% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.

2. If between 2 hour to 12 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee and handling fee.

3. If after 12 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.

4. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Packages Lost in Transit
If a package is lost during shipping, we will replace your order at no charge. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for orders lost in transit.

Packages Marked "Delivered" But Not Received
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
